AVP — Founder's Office at Frido
I build the machinery that scales brands into businesses. From zero-to-one launches and GTM strategy to full P&L ownership — engineered with AI enablement at the core.
01
The role
I joined Frido's Founder's Office as an Assistant Manager and was promoted to AVP within two years. The Founder's Office is the job with no fixed edges — context-switching, problem-solving and ownership, usually all three before lunch.
The best insights don't come from textbooks. They come from the ground. I've spent that time on the floor: with the sales team, inside the retail operation, in the review calls where the numbers stop being a slide and start being a decision.

Building in public
I document the process as and when I get time, the internal playbooks for brand trust, operational trade-offs, and the raw reality of operating within a Founder's Office.
I share the full spectrum: successful experiments, honest missteps, and lessons that came with a heavy price tag.
“If you're building a company or scaling a team — the inside story is the useful part.”

Frido
Frido is a consumer brand built around ergonomic comfort — the products people sit on, stand on and sleep with. My work sits across how it reaches customers and how it holds on to them.
